NEEDS ASSESSMENT SURVEY
The mission of Peter and Paul’s Place, Inc., a 501(c)3 organization, is to establish a life-long mixed-use community that provides a place for adults with developmental and neurological disabilities to live a supported, connected, and enriched life. Peter and Paul’s Place Community Center will provide opportunities for inclusion so that neurotypical and non-neurotypical individuals can work, play, and learn together establishing life-long friendships and support.
Our goal is to provide inclusive residential options and opportunities for life-long social and educational involvement. The first step on the road to this goal is to establish a Community Center in Tucker that will contain a large space for social and educational events, separate rooms for smaller classes and therapeutic services, a Resource Center with computer access, and an Art Gallery that will showcase the work of the program participants as well as local artists. This Center will also be open to the general public to lease as an event and meeting facility on a “sliding scale” fee basis, with all fees and donations going to support the work of Peter and Paul’s Place, Inc.
We are providing this survey to you as members of our community to help us determine what is most important to you and what you would most like to see Peter and Paul’s Place, Inc. provide. Tell us what you want! And check out our website.
