Your Best Life Skills: Planning and Shopping for Meals
Planning and Shopping for Meals
A person learning to live more independently needs to be able plan, shop for, and cook healthy meals. Join us to practice the planning process, and learn how to shop carefully for healthy foods at the store.
The Gwinnett County Public Library (www.gwinnettpl.org) and Pat Satterfield of the Dunamis Educational Foundation (www.dunamised.org) present online life skills topics for adults and teens with Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities. The classes are offered virtually on select Thursdays. The link to the Zoom video meetings is listed below and is also available through the GCPL Online Events Calendar by clicking on the date of the event. No registration is required. Parents and caregivers are welcome.Topic: YOUR BEST LIFE SKILLS CLASSESJoin Zoom Meetinghttps://us02web.zoom.us/j/
